A few years ago I had some trouble with "pests" in my new home.  I was quick to find a convenient, inexpensive, trustworthy and dependable crew at Alford's.  Melisa was great and was able to set me up to have a payment automatically deducted from my checking acount instead of having to hassle writing checks.  Melisa is always eager to answer any questions that I may have and provides me with the answers I need.  Our technician is knowledgeable and always on time with appointments.  I would definately recommend Alford Home Solutions to anyone looking to improve their home, whether its pest control or even construction.  Alford's is the BEST!!!

Larry Reynolds has serviced our installation several times and has done a good job, calling ahead and arriving on schedule.

Larry Reynolds provided excellent customer service during his visit recently by taking the time to explain how the treatment worked and how his schedule would work for the future visits to check on the treatment. He is very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable and educated about how to better take care of my home. Offering to make contact the day before return visits so I could make arrangements for indoor treatment was a nice accomodation to help me out with my work schedule too. Your organization is well represented.

Mr. Reynolds conducted the annual termite inspection quickly and efficiently.  He checked inside along the floor and corners and outside along the foundation.  I always learn something about termites and other home invaders and it is explained in terms I understand.  The main office phone staff is clear and I can understand them.

Matt & his crew did a fantastic and very professional job stabilizing our garage wall with tie backs. We had a structural engineer look at the completed work who was also very satisfied with the work. There was a lot of dust even after the crew left, so just be ready. It’s worth the dust to have the peace of mind that our wall is solid. Zack also came out and did some electrical work for us and did a great job. He was very transparent and communicated with me exactly what he was finding and what needed to be done. He gave me a price to do the work and then even did the work the same day. He encountered a couple of obstacles but looped us in and explained his solution. Very happy with the work Alford did on our home!!!

Scott was here yesterday and did an excellent job of explaining the monitor system to us, we have been use to seeing someone every month.

The service men were very professional and business like. They did a very thorough job. I have been very satisfied with my service in the past.
