Highly recommend Alford Home Solutions! These guys called ahead of time to let me know when they would be at my home. This really helped with moving around meetings, as I work from home. Once they got here, they used my side door to haul materials in and out without disturbing me. Aaron and Josh were fast workers, extremely professional, and were sure to get my thoughts when the project went a little different than originally planned. They also left the project site nice and tidy upon the completion of the job. Overall, very pleased with the service!!    

The planning of the job is what caused me to go with Alford Home Solutions and as for the quality it was superior to others who were contracted. The work was completed as contracted and they were very professional. I will call again if further needs arise.

Alford Home Solutions did a great job, they were easy to deal with, and they stayed busy until the job was done. The office staff is very friendly, and they gave me the answer to my questions. The solutions specialist went over scope of work step by step, and answered all questions I had.

I told Adam we wanted only what was needed, for it to be cost effective, and qaulity work. You guys delivered! Adam did not try to push more on us than what had to be done and other companies did.

The Alford crew just completed an extensive foundation and basement project for us and we couldn’t be happier with their work. They were totally professional, personable but not intrusive, their work was impeccable, and they finished on the exact date they were scheduled to be done! Special shout out to foreman Matt and to usual crew members Paul and Dillon! I would highly recommend them!          

Everyone did an excellent job, they kept the job site clean, very friendly, and answered any questions I had throughout the installation process. The office staff was also very helpful, and answered all of my questions.

Aaron Jefferson was very thorough and provided a definite solution to our problem. The other companies were much more vague.

So far so good with the job.  I will need to give it some time to see if the problem is fixed.  The installation crew was a group of good guys and good workers.  The office staff was good.  The Solution Specialist was knowledgable and he explained everything. In fact, one of the top reasons I went with the company was because of Jerry's presentation and knowledge.  

I just want to thank you and Jason for making our closing on 31 Tiney Street happen!  It truly would not have happened without your quick work and VERY helpful attitude.  This closing seemed doomed from the beginning of the week; one thing after the next.  We could NOT have gone to closing without a new inspection, then to find a problem at the last minue was.........So, thanks again for all your help.

You couldn't meet a nicer person than Larry.  He always does a good job and he is very courtious.  I really appreciate him and the service he gives.

So thankful to you for providing such a wonderful Termite Technician in our area-Larry Reynolds. Larry is very polite and professional.  He does his job in a timely manner, and moves on. He saved me time and money when he was under the house making his inspection.  He noticed a small leak in a pipe which we had fixed soon.  It could have developed into something major.  We were thankful of his awareness doing his job. I feel he is an asset to your company and a number one employee.

I have been a customer of Alford Home Solutions since 2005. I have had only two technicians and they have both been really nice. The technician I have now is RW. You could not ask for a better person to be on my property and performing a service for me without me being present.

We have been very fortunate for as many years as we have been in business to be associated with Alford Termite and Pest Control and now Alford Home Solutions. In that period of time, we have found the staff of Alford's to always be very helpful, knowledgeable, and willing to help us meet our deadlines. There are many times when we have deadlines, but never at any time has Melisa failed to meet our needs. Not only is she always willing to go the extra mile, but she does it in such a way that you think she is actually happy to be going out of her way to help us.

Larry Reynolds is a hard working person. We are happy with his work.
