Mr. Reynolds conducted the annual termite inspection quickly and efficiently.  He checked inside along the floor and corners and outside along the foundation.  I always learn something about termites and other home invaders and it is explained in terms I understand.  The main office phone staff is clear and I can understand them.

Matt & his crew did a fantastic and very professional job stabilizing our garage wall with tie backs. We had a structural engineer look at the completed work who was also very satisfied with the work. There was a lot of dust even after the crew left, so just be ready. It’s worth the dust to have the peace of mind that our wall is solid. Zack also came out and did some electrical work for us and did a great job. He was very transparent and communicated with me exactly what he was finding and what needed to be done. He gave me a price to do the work and then even did the work the same day. He encountered a couple of obstacles but looped us in and explained his solution. Very happy with the work Alford did on our home!!!
