Alford's team consisting of the foreman, "Junior" (Jamiel), Chris, and Kaden, completed the outside foundation repair portion of my project today. Even with being hampered by rain, wind, tornado warning sirens, and wet earth, they completed the job on schedule. The whole team was experienced and knowledgeable about the difficulty of the project and work; everyone individually explained details in a manner that even a layman could understand; everyone appeared to take pleasure in the work that they do and the company they work for. Phase 2 was Alford performing the main beam and joists stabilization, with 13 of their smartjacks and 3 sister beams. I can imagine that this was a very difficult job from the narrow crawl spaces. But the team of Marquese, David, and Brandon made my house level again. I got home early on the last day, and Marquese took me underneath and showed me the metal beams that they installed and the strong supports. Every question I had, he answered from experience and knowledge. I also want to give a shoutout to the project manager, Tim, for his rapid responses to questions I had and his coordination with my work schedule, and to Drew for his complete and transparent explanation of the project during estimation. All in all, I'm well satisfied with choosing Alford for this extensive project.

My basement walls were under pressure and giving way. Alfords came in and installed helical beam supports along the entire back wall. Additionally, they updated the floor waterproofing system and installed a beautiful new sump pump. It's so clean and dry and nice in my basement that I am the envy of the neighborhood. Everyone I talked with in the company was cooperative, professional, and knowledgbale. I had another doing landscape woark at the same time and Alford was very helpul in making sure all the work was done as efficiently as possible. I am glad I vhose Alford to do the Helical Piers. I am confident our foundation problems were corrected.

We recently had Alford complete a project and I recommend this company to anyone. We found them to be from the beginning, very detailed and cost conscious. We found the material they used to be above what other companies offered for a higher price. The construction itself was done in a most expedient and positive manner. The test of any construction project is how you are treated not only before and during but after the project. Recently, we found a small leak and reported it; the same day the original crew visited, identified the problem, and repaired it. We are completely satisfied with the results.
