To whom it may concern, Based on his past 3 visits I have found that Greg Igo is a fine representative for Alford Home Solutions. He is cordial and very professional in his manners. He does a thorough job and is very conscientious of my requests. He calls ahead of showing up and works with me on making sure we are home to receive the full services.

They ordered and installed an awning for my deck. The awning is beautiful and the installers did a great job. 

Installation crew and office staff were very professional. Job was complete within good time although their were complications, they still got the job done efficiently. 

Alford was very easy to work with & professional. I was happy with the way Danny addressed my issues but I am even more appreciative of Josh & his crew as they discovered my outbuilding was fully engulfed in flames! They rushed in to tell me, grabbed a fire extinguisher and fought the fire for me to keep it from reaching my home. There is no way I could have done what they did. I don’t know too many people who would jump in and do something of that nature. Not only did they do a great job on our encapsulation & floor joist repair, but they helped salvage my building and prevent damage to my home. Would definitely recommend!!!!

I would like to comment on the superior service by your Technician, Larry Reynolds. He has inspected my residence for several years, and I find him to be honest, thorough and always pleasant. Mr. Reynolds informs me of his arrival, and provides a copy of his findings. It is a pleasure to inform you of his work as being excellent.

Everything was explained in a very understandable manner with no suprises. Very satisfied with work and the staff. Price was affordable and the job was completed very well. 

Dennis Newton and Mike Steward replaced our old 1986 model shower/tub with a beautiful onyx walk-in shower. They did a great job and answered all of our questions as they were doing the installation. The job was done on schedule and would recommend them 100%. We love it!!    

The gentlemen who did my crawlspace encapsulation left not long ago. I feel as though it is imperative that I let you know how my experience was in the last four days because I was SO IMPRESSED with each of them.    Justin Tyler, Travis Fields, and Levi Blake represented your company not only well, but exceptionally well.    At over half a century old and I’ve never lived in a house with a crawlspace. I’ve lived all over the US and have resided a few years in Asia. No crawlspace. And zero knowledge about them.    Each of these gentlemen took the time to answer every stupid question I had (and I had a lot). Sometimes the same question multiple times. I must have driven them crazy, yet they never made me aware if I was.    I’m a pretty tough person. I don’t generally hand out compliments for just doing the job you’re paid to do. I hope that whoever reads this understands that each of them ARE the five stars you wish to see in your reviews    I was always contacted when they arrived and always kept up to date on what progress was being made. Even today when I had to leave a note telling them that I had to unexpectedly go into work to please contact me when they arrived. I was.    At the end of each day, they cleaned up and left whatever supplies they needed to complete the job in an orderly fashion.    I feel that it’s important for a company to acknowledge a job well done. After all, a company cannot survive without the people it employs, regardless of its reputation.    When the rubber meets the road, it’s the ‘on the job’ workers that can make or break a company.       Justin, Travis, and Levi did Alford proud in my opinion.
