The gentlemen who did my crawlspace encapsulation left not long ago. I feel as though it is imperative that I let you know how my experience was in the last four days because I was SO IMPRESSED with each of them.    Justin Tyler, Travis Fields, and Levi Blake represented your company not only well, but exceptionally well.    At over half a century old and I’ve never lived in a house with a crawlspace. I’ve lived all over the US and have resided a few years in Asia. No crawlspace. And zero knowledge about them.    Each of these gentlemen took the time to answer every stupid question I had (and I had a lot). Sometimes the same question multiple times. I must have driven them crazy, yet they never made me aware if I was.    I’m a pretty tough person. I don’t generally hand out compliments for just doing the job you’re paid to do. I hope that whoever reads this understands that each of them ARE the five stars you wish to see in your reviews    I was always contacted when they arrived and always kept up to date on what progress was being made. Even today when I had to leave a note telling them that I had to unexpectedly go into work to please contact me when they arrived. I was.    At the end of each day, they cleaned up and left whatever supplies they needed to complete the job in an orderly fashion.    I feel that it’s important for a company to acknowledge a job well done. After all, a company cannot survive without the people it employs, regardless of its reputation.    When the rubber meets the road, it’s the ‘on the job’ workers that can make or break a company.       Justin, Travis, and Levi did Alford proud in my opinion. 

I had a drainage system with a sump pump installed. Every member of their team was knowledgeable, personable, and kept me informed throughout the project. The work was excellent and was completed exactly as promised. I would definitely recommend it!!

Carlos and Marshall were polite and very efficient. They cleaned up everything during and after the job was completed. We were very pleased with their work.

I contracted with Alford for foundation repairs, floor support, and crawl space encapsulation. Cody and the Alford crew who did the work - Paul, Jayden & Joe - were all very professional, diligent, and courteous. Cody was an incredible jack-of-all-trades and not only presided over a great job, but answered all my questions and accommodated all of my requests as the job progressed. The entire experience with Alford related to the project, from initial contact and estimate to job execution and clean-up, was excellent. Can't say enough about how happy I am with the result. When Cody and his crew arrived, they immediately started working. It was like putting a puzzle together. We were very impressed with the entire crew and greatly satisfied with the job. 

Everything was done very nicely and under the house looks very nice. The crew worked very hard and completed the job much sooner than expected. 

I used Alford for concrete lifting on my sidewalk and driveway. While this normally would have been a one day job, Mother Nature had other plans. While the work had to be done over three days, the crew and company were always very good about keeping me informed about what they were doing and when they would return. The work they did was excellent. I would recommend them for concrete lifting solutions.

Larry Reynolds is a very good representative of your company. He is friendly, knowledgeable, and is very responsive to any questions or issues presented. He seems deserving of some sort of recognition for a job "Well Done".
