A few years ago I had some trouble with "pests" in my new home.  I was quick to find a convenient, inexpensive, trustworthy and dependable crew at Alford's.  Melisa was great and was able to set me up to have a payment automatically deducted from my checking acount instead of having to hassle writing checks.  Melisa is always eager to answer any questions that I may have and provides me with the answers I need.  Our technician is knowledgeable and always on time with appointments.  I would definately recommend Alford Home Solutions to anyone looking to improve their home, whether its pest control or even construction.  Alford's is the BEST!!!

Offering to make contact the day before return visits so I could make arrangements for indoor treatment was a nice accomodation to help me out with my work schedule too. Very satisfied, workers were very friendly and answered all our questions. Everything went as scheduled, workers kept us informed as to what they were doing. Alford's Salesman explained the entire process as opposed to the other company, the estimate was more detailed.

Mr. Reynolds conducted the annual termite inspection quickly and efficiently.  He checked inside along the floor and corners and outside along the foundation.  I always learn something about termites and other home invaders and it is explained in terms I understand.  The main office phone staff is clear and I can understand them.
