Alford replaced some floor joists and secured the main beam in my house. Strong, even floors now and they left the work area very clean. Aaron was great in explaining my options without any high-pressure sales tactics. All in all, Alford was good to work with and I'm confident that the repairs were done correctly.

I had a big waterproofing job done, and I could not be happier with the crew I had. I had a number of estimates done, and most companies were estimating that the job would take at least a month. Aaron's crew finished it in less than two weeks! I have multiple properties and have worked with a number of contractors. I have never seen anyone work as tirelessly as Aaron, Nehemiah, and Josh. The three-person crew arrived early and regularly worked at least 10-hour days. I could not believe the progress they made and how intense they worked. By Day 3, I trusted them with a key to the building (which I have never done before). Aaron put himself in my shoes and treated the project as if it were his own.Additionally, Aaron was a great with communicating at every step of the process. He showed up when he said he was going to, and he made sure I understood what was going on at every step of the process. Amazingly, they left the place cleaner than it was when they got there, which just doesn't happen in this field. I have never been so impressed. If you need any work done, you should specifically request Aaron and his crew. That will be my first call for all of my projects going forward. If Aaron, Nehemiah, and Josh aren't available, let Alford know you are willing to get in line. These three guys are worth waiting for!

Recently used them for a new sunroom after previously using them for termite treatment, sill plate repair, and waterproofing of my crawl space. They aren't the cheapest you will find, but they are punctual, professional, and I have been pleased with all the work they have done.

Alford did a crawlspace encapsulation for us including sump pumps and dehumidifiers. Everything turned out great. Our crawlspace is dry now and looks fantastic.Andrew was our inspector and salesperson. He explained everything in detail along with photographs and was available for questions which he readily answered in easy to understand detail. He checked in, followed up, and we were offered the annual inspection service which will be good to ensure everything stays in good working order. Our team of workers, Justin Tyler, Travis Fields, and Levi Blake were very friendly and polite. When it came to working they were professional and worked VERY hard. They obviously knew exactly how to do the job right and they answered questions, explained what was going on every day and all in all were fine examples of "good to have" employees.I would definitely recommend Alford and am very pleased.

Our foreman, Josh, and his coworkers, Travis and Terry did a phenomenal job on our crawlspace encapsulation. They showed up on time, worked diligently all day and cleaned up the work space each day. The crawlspace looks and smells so much better! Josh walked us through what they had done at the completion of work each day, taking photos so I didn’t have to crawl up in there. At the end of the job he assured we were comfortable with function of the sump pumps and dehumidifier and walked my husband through the crawlspace to inspect their work. The crew has stated my house is now structurally sound. They were easy to work with, kept me updated on when they would arrive and what work they were doing. Even showed me pictures! It was a very easy process, would highly recommend!
