In Surveyor, WV, we tackled the challenge of water creep in a homeowner's crawl space. Initially, the crawl space was a damp, unwelcoming space, vulnerable to the elements (as the 'before' photo details). In this Beckley, WV home, the before photo shows sagging floors, a common issue caused by weakened floor joists. As you'd notice, floors can become uneven and bouncy, worrying any homeowner.
