Our foreman, Josh, and his coworkers, Travis and Terry did a phenomenal job on our crawlspace encapsulation. They showed up on time, worked diligently all day and cleaned up the work space each day. The crawlspace looks and smells so much better! Josh walked us through what they had done at the completion of work each day, taking photos so I didn’t have to crawl up in there. At the end of the job he assured we were comfortable with function of the sump pumps and dehumidifier and walked my husband through the crawlspace to inspect their work. They did a wonderful job and are such a nice team of workers! Thanks so much guys!!

We recently had Alford complete a project and I recommend this company to anyone. We found them to be from the beginning, very detailed and cost conscious. We found the material they used to be above what other companies offered for a higher price. The construction itself was done in a most expedient and positive manner. The test of any construction project is how you are treated not only before and during but after the project. Recently, we found a small leak and reported it; the same day the original crew visited, identified the problem, and repaired it. We are completely satisfied with the results.

Everyone I talked with in the company was cooperative, professional, and knowledgbale. I had another doing landscape woark at the same time and Alford was very helpul in making sure all the work was done as efficiently as possible. I am glad I vhose Alford to do the Helical Piers. I am confident our foundation problems were corrected.
