Fantastic crew.

We recently had the entire floor in our boarding resurfaced. This included grinding down the old floor, cleaning up the micro-dust, washing it down, then laying the SparTek flooring. Both Murph and Doug did an outstanding job! They were extremely thorough and very easy to talk to. They answered every question that came up for us. They stuck to their schedule and even finished a day before the expected finish date. The best part is that our kennel floors look like a million dollars! I would definitely recommend Alford Home Solution and also recommend having the SparTek floors poured if you had an interest in it.

Justin Tyler, Travis Fields, and Mat Kitchen were very professional and efficient in their work. Excellent and easy to work with.

I had a big waterproofing job done, and I could not be happier with the crew I had. I had a number of estimates done, and most companies were estimating that the job would take at least a month. Aaron's crew finished it in less than two weeks! I have multiple properties and have worked with a number of contractors. I have never seen anyone work as tirelessly as Aaron, Nehemiah, and Josh. The three-person crew arrived early and regularly worked at least 10-hour days. I could not believe the progress they made and how intense they worked. By Day 3, I trusted them with a key to the building (which I have never done before). Aaron put himself in my shoes and treated the project as if it were his own.Additionally, Aaron was a great with communicating at every step of the process. He showed up when he said he was going to, and he made sure I understood what was going on at every step of the process. Amazingly, they left the place cleaner than it was when they got there, which just doesn't happen in this field. I have never been so impressed. If you need any work done, you should specifically request Aaron and his crew. That will be my first call for all of my projects going forward. If Aaron, Nehemiah, and Josh aren't available, let Alford know you are willing to get in line. These three guys are worth waiting for!

I am the secretary at Trinity Lutheran Church and our tech comes once a month for preventive services and is very responsive when we alert him to an issue. He makes sure to immediately follow up in-between visits when there is an issue and is very personable and easy to work with.

Scott Elswick is my technician and I am very pleased with him. He calls and schedules his visits, he is very friendly and efficient. I am pleased with all the work performed by Alford Home Solutions. I have been a customer for many years.

Great crew and job.

I had a foundation issue in my basement in which Alford installed carbon fiber to fix the problem. Alford came out in a timely manner to give an estimate. From the initial in home consultation to the completion of the project, we were very satisfied with no complaints. The positive reviews are accurate. Alford even beat all other pricing from other foundation repair companies. Their warranty can’t be beat!

She overpaid for her job and received a check back for the overpaid balance and said that our company had restored her faith in humanity. She said we were a truly incredible and honest company. She also went on to say that because we have made her so happy that she is going to be getting some other work done because of how incredibly pleased she was with us. 

We are very pleased with the bathroom remodel Alford’s created for us. The staff was very professional from start to finish. They helped us make good decisions during the planning and they stayed in touch and updated us throughout the process. The installer worked quickly and did a great job. The finished product looks wonderful!

Temo Sunroom Addition - Home renovations and construction can be very stressful. Effective communication with your contractor is key to keeping the stress level low and knowing the exact status of your project. Alford does an excellent job communicating effectively with their potential customers and clients at each part of the project. Paul Lawrence, the Solution Specialist, took all the time needed and made multiple appointments so we could see all the samples and make an informed decision. Kevin Harris, Project Manager, kept me in the project loop through ordering, material delays, change orders, and the build. He took ownership of a color mistake with the walls and made it right. Dennis and Mike made a site visit prior to breaking ground to plan the work. They arrived every day with the materials needed. They communicated their arrival time and what they planned to accomplish each day at the job site. They let me know of a weather delay in advance. They left the job site clean and safe before they left every day. Their combined knowledge of the trade was evident at each step of the build. I was confident that they would not take any shortcuts with my project. There were a few items on the punch list and final payment was not requested until both parties agreed that the job was complete. The Temo sunroom product is excellent. I feel it has added value to our home and we will get many years of enjoyment from it.

Dave Tyler is an asset to your organization. Before he came to our Branch for treatment we had mice very bad; once he started treatment we have not seen one mouse for over 2 years now. He is a very good employee. Awesome!
