I've shared my concerns with Ryan and Todd.
Todd was helpful and got us on the schedule quickly.
Ryan was very professional and helped get things moving along in short order.
The first crew leader I was not pleased with at all. He had no sense of urgency and was here way too long. The second two that showed up were very efficient and diligent in getting things done. I started at a 2 rating but moved it to a 4 with the second group.
At first, it was a mess and took time for us to clean it up. After the second trip out, they did a better job in cleaning up the area. While still not like it was after the initial work, it's in order.

What made you choose our company:
Highly recommended by many and it was my first choice for this job to be completed. While it was unfortunate that additional repairs had to be made, the system is working properly. I'm appreciative of that and your working with me to get this resolved. Thanks for your help and assistance.
