Exceptional across the board. Everyone I dealt with was extremely knowledgeable, kind, tentative and most importantly honest.
The call rep. was with me every step of the way and coordinated everything between me and the project leads so that everyone was on the same page at all times.
The sales rep was extremely knowledgeable, patient and genuinely took the time to talk and identify what options would best address my needs while staying in my comfort zone, which the other companies did not. In addition, Alford was the only company that had a presentation that not only explained in greater detail why my basement was leaking, but showed the process and products they would use to remediate the issue.
I have nothing but great things to say about the installation crew. Communication was second to none, I always knew when they were coming, when they were here and when they were leaving. Once introductions were made the crew went straight to work, everyone excelled in their role & the entire crew maintained a very impressive pace throughout the entire project. Special thanks to Justin, Travis, Derek & Cody. The teams synergy and experience was highly visible as was the quality of their work. (I would have tried to tip them had I had any cash on me)
Cleanup was equally exceptional. I pride myself in keeping things tidy but in all honestly the work area was cleaner after they were done than when they started.
It’s pretty simple actually, Alfords was the most upfront, honest and presented the most comprehensive options for my needs while also offering the best financing option (even better than my credit union). Pair that with being local, me already having a positive work history with the company and now multiple friends working there I really didn’t have much of a choice, and I couldn’t be any happier about that :)
