Alford Foundation and Crawl Space Repair Before & After Photos

Jimmy W. was experiencing sinking slabs in his sidewalk. The goal for this project was to lift/level the sidewalk in order to eliminate tripping hazards.

PolyLevel is a high-density foam that is used to fill voids and stabilize/lift sinking concrete slabs. Our foreman, Jeffery W., was able to use PolyLevel to achieve this lift and provide peace of mind to the customer. 

Rebecca B. had a concrete sidewalk that had settled. The customer's goal was to lift/level the concrete to it's original position to avoid trip hazards. 

The common cause of uneven sidewalks is due to the soil underneath settling or washing out.

We successfully lifted the sidewalk and eliminated any future trip hazards, providing peace of mind for this customer. 

In Julien, WV, the homeowner was dealing with gapping and sagging floors, as seen in the before photo. We installed our Helical Pier and SmartJack systems to tackle the issue. The Helical Piers stabilized the foundation and raised it back to its proper level by transferring the home's weight to solid ground. Meanwhile, the SmartJack system provided crucial support to the crawl space beams, lifting the floors back to their original elevation. Notice in the after photo, everything is securely in place, providing stability and peace of mind.

Ransford W. was experiencing moisture issues in their crawlspace. The customer's goal was to keep the space clean and dry.
