They installed the SmartJack® System, beginning with the creation of a solid base using engineered fill to ensure stability in the home's foundation soils. Galvanized steel columns were precisely cut, fitted onto durable steel bases, and secured firmly to existing girders. The adjustable top brackets and heavy-duty threaded rods offered flexibility, allowing the floors to be carefully adjusted and lifted towards their original position, effectively eliminating unwanted floor "bounce".
