Matthew was living in a church parsonage in Grafton, WV, needed to repair their dirt crawl space that was falling apart. Not only was there tons of debris making it difficult to get around, but we also found mold growing on the cinder block walls and insulation that was falling and no longer effective. The space needed repairs and waterproofing quickly to prevent further damage to the crawl space and upper levels. When the customer found us, we were thrilled to take on the job and do everything we could to solve the problem.
We installed a vapor barrier liner called CleanSpace to waterproof and protect the entire crawl space from moisture and flooding. We also added regraded draining to direct water to a new SuperPump sump pump to make sure water was pumped out of the house and not sitting in it. Finally, we added a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier to rid of all the dangerous humidity that attacks wood and other organic materials in crawl spaces through rot and mold.
