Curved, Bowing Walls Indicate Wall Failure
The homeowner found horizontal cracks in the foundation, and there were also signs of bowed walls. This was the perfect signal for GeoLock installation, built to stabilize failing walls with minimal disruption to the home, lawn, and landscaping.
Wall Support Trench
We dug a wall support trench out from the foundation to catch the earth anchors. These are connected to the GeoLock anchors in the basement by a high-strength steel rod to permanently stabilize the wall.
