Nasty Basement
This nasty basement was having some serious issues. Water kept coming in, and the foundation walls were unstable.
Bad Foundation Wall
Here is a close up of how bad the foundation was. Foundation problems only get worse over time, so its a good thing this homeowner gave us a call.
Waterproofed Basement
We waterproofed the basement with a StarPipe Drainage System, CleanSpace Wall System, and TripleSafe Sump Pump. Not only is this basement dry now, but it is protected from future water intrusion.
Foundation Repair
We installed a PowerBrace Wall Bracing System to solve the foundation problems in this home. These steel beams are anchored to the floor joists above and basement floor below and are then tightened to support the foundation wall. This home is now structurally sound once again!
