Challenge
Our customer Joy M. was experiencing foundation issues. The customer's home had eight columns towards the back supporting two decks and their dining room. The footer that the columns are on have dropped.
Solution
An Alford Home Solutions Solution Specialist determined the best course of action to solve the customers issue. The Solution Specialist recommended installing helical piers to combat the foundation settlement issue.
