We installed the TripleSafe™ Sump Pump System to keep their crawl space dry in case of extreme weather like flooding.

The dimpled polyethylene membrane layer allows water to flow freely to the sump pump.

We isolated the house from the earth with the CleanSpace® Encapsulation System, specifically designed for crawl spaces. This system not only stops water vapor from entering and moving around the crawl space, it's also durable, antimicrobial, and brightens their space.
Discharge Line
A proper discharge line was added to direct water away from the house, helping to prevent it from flowing toward their foundation.
Ice Protection
The TripleSafe™ Sump Pump System is protected by the IceGuard® System, so come winter time, there will be no worries about frozen lines. The IceGuard® Sump Pump Discharge Line System allows water to escape if the discharge lines freeze.

The LawnScape™ Outlet prevents water from clogging, eliminates tripping hazards, and blends in nicely with landscaping.
Airtight Vent Cover
We prevented outside air from getting in the space with the CleanSpace® Crawl Space Vent Cover. Very important to prevent moisture build up and will save them on energy bills!
