Wet Crawl Space
This gravel crawl space had a lot of moisture seeping into it.
Drainage Matting
We got to work by installing Drainage Matting. This dimpled matting softens the crawl, creates a thermal break, and helps to guide surface water out of the space.
Moisture Control
We installed a CleanSpace Encapsulation System to seal the crawl space from moisture. We also installed a SuperSump Plus Sump Pump to remove any water from the space!
Dehumidifier
A SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier was put in to keep the air dry and the relative humidity low!
Vents Sealed
The vents were sealed with SilverGlo Vent Seals. Sealing the vents in a crawl space helps to prevent unwanted outside air and water from seeping in through them! This crawl space is now protected from moisture and the homeowner is thrilled about that!
