Failing Fiberglass Insulation
Upon inspection, we found falling fiberglass falling from the joists of the crawl space. Fiberglass is commonly ineffective, especially when wet, installed upside down, or placed in an open cavity.
CleanSpace Vapor Barrier and SmartJacks
We installed CleanSpace vapor barrier to protect against moisture and humidity. We also installed SmartJacks to stabilize sagging floors above the crawl space.
SmartSump Designed for Crawl Spaces
The SmartSump system for crawl spaces was installed to protect the space from water intrusion. It features a built-in WaterWatch alarm to detect leaks and a completely sealed lid and floor drain, which prevents damp air from circulating.
SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier
We placed a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier in the encapsulated crawl space to continuously extract moisture from the air. This keeps the space clean and dry at all times.
