Dirty, Damp Crawl Space
Upon inspection, we found the church's crawl space in a dirty, damp state. A lack of insulation was leading to cold floors. There was an opportunity to create a warmer, more energy-efficient space.
Dimpled Drainage Matting Layer
We laid a drainage matting layer beneath the vapor barrier liner to allow water to flow freely to drainage and away from the church.
SilverGlo Insulation
SilverGlo insulation is installed along the walls for total protection and is 24% more effective than standard foam. Not only that, but it's designed with waterproof materials and doesn't grow mold.
CleanSpace Liner
The CleanSpace liner offered protection against moisture and mold growth. It's a 20mil thick liner with 7 layers of polyethylene and super durable, easy to walk on during inspections.
