Original State of Car Port
When we inspected the car port, it was full of cracks and was uneven. The cracks were stuffed with debris, like rocks from tires, which can expand the cracks, making the problem worse.
Improved Drainage
Along the right side of the car port beside the home, we installed a TrenchDrain that allows the water runoff from the roof to safely flow away from the car port. This will protect the concrete from water intrusion, cracking, and deterioration over many years.
Lifted Slabs
To lift and level the car port, we injected PolyLevel foam beneath the slabs. This highly durable waterproof foam can lift and support heavy loads, like cars and can be used within minutes of application.
Sealed Cracks
Our crew sealed the cracks of the car port using NexusPro Crack Repair. This sealant resists UV rays, helping it avoid cracking, bubbling, or drying out.
