Wet Basement
This basement kept flooding. Water in the basement is not something any homeowner wants to deal with. It can ruin your belongings, cause mold to grow, or even structural damage.
Basement Sump Pump
We installed a TripleSafe Sump Pump and WaterGuard Drainage System to ensure water stays OUT of this basement. The TripleSafe consists of three sump pumps in one liner, a backup battery, and WaterWatch Alarm! Talk about safe! WaterGuard is an interior drainage system that collects water at the floor/wall joint before you can even see it! These two products work in tandem to keep basements dry--permanently!
CleanSpace Wall System
The lower half of this wall needed a CleanSpace Wall System installed. This system collects water seepage from the wall and drains it to the WaterGuard Interior Drainage System. The WaterGuard System is underneath that fresh line of concrete! Its practically invisible once installed.
Trench Drain
We also installed a Trench Drain to help with waterproofing. The Trench Drain will help prevent water from coming in to the basement, even when the exterior door is in use.
IceGuard
The IceGuard Attachment is added to the sump pump discharge line. This attachment allows for water to escape the sump even when the normal discharge line is frozen. Freezing lines is always possible when you live in an area with cold winters. This homeowner is protected against that!
