Basement Post-Water Remediation
Upon inspection, the basement had undergone water remediation, but was in dire need of waterproofing. The homeowner wanted to keep things as intact as possible, including the drywall.
Original Sump and Water Damage Residue
The homeowner had this sump system installed, but it wasn't doing its job. Also, open sump holes lead to moisture in the basement, spreading mold and attracting pests and animals.
WaterGuard Installation
Our crew installed WaterGuard along the interior perimeter of the basement. This was essential to the waterproofing since it's designed not to clog, doesn't cause structural damage to the foundation, and has a large drain outlet to the new sump pump.
Completed Waterproofing
Once done, the new sub-floor drainage isn't even noticeable. This is an efficient, long-lasting basement waterproofing system.
New TripleSafe Sump Pump System
We installed a brand new TripleSafe Sump Pump, which consists of three pumps. The primary pump handles up to 2,600 gallons of water per hour on its own, pump two kicks in if pump one fails or if greater volume is needed, and pump three is battery-operated in the case of a power outage.
