Overall, the crew was awesome. They did a very good job. The house was not occupied and they made sure they locked up the door when they left and secured the house.
Communication could’ve been better. I was told that they would be delayed by one and a half days because of an emergency and it was actually three days and I wasn’t notified of that at all. It seems that the office doesn’t know what the workers are actually scheduled to do.
I’m a little disappointed about the backyard. I did get permission to park the truck there so it would be easy for them to get supplies in. But it rained and rained and that truck sunk me some pretty heavy ruts in the backyard.

Honestly, your presentation with Geoff was very informative. And then the icing for the cake for me was the package that I received in the mail with all the information and pictures that one would need to get a real good idea of what needs to be done in the right way to do so and why it has to be done the right way.
