Our experience & satisfaction with Alford has been fantastic. In addition to annual maintenance, they have done two projects for us, encapsulated our crawl spaces & installed a french drain & sump pump in our basement. They did a great job on both. The workers were great & pleasant.
We’ve always had a great experience dealing with all Alford reps.
Allie Tallman is a very pleasant person. She was thorough and answered every question we had to our satisfaction.

Allie let us know that our sump pump & dehumidifier are operating properly.
Annual maintenance check of encapsulated crawl spaces, sump pump, & dehumidifier and replaced dehumidifier filter.
Excellent cleanup.
