I wish it was explained or made known that we'd have to write a check to you for each step completed. We understood that the electric job would be separate, but don't understand why the Bactrokill required a separate check. Even though it wasn't a big deal, it was confusing!
Geoff did a great job explaining the process and what was needed to get the results we were interested in.
Christian and is crew were very courteous and professional and always notified if they were leaving and the time they expected to return. They did a great job and we were impressed with the results considering the work conditions...e.g. mud and cramped area.
You were recommended by my brother, Darrell Yongue. My contractor used your competition initially and it was insufficient, and they wouldn't honor their warranty, only gave me an estimate to do the job again using the proper material.
