Alford Donates Crawl Space Repair to Charleston Homeowner

Alford recently worked on a beautiful home in Charleston, WV, to help a homeowner facing significant hardship preserve their crawl space. The crawl space was located directly underneath the sunroom, a deeply meaningful and cherished room where they spent the majority of their time. The homeowner was concerned that the moldy, wet crawl space directly underneath was posing health risks.

Solution Specialist, Cathrine, put together a proposal that would resolve the crawl space issues. Our crew, led by Foreman Travis, completed the transformation within a day. The team treated the mold, installed drainage matting that allowed water to move freely to the drain, a CleanSpace liner for moisture and mold protection, and added a powerful SaniDry Dehumidifier to keep the air clean and dry year-round.
