May 2025 One Team Meeting

Each month, we hold a One Team meeting to celebrate the previous month's numbers, achievements, good news, and department updates. The awards include: Solution Specialist of the Month, Foreman of the Month, and value awards. Our company values are integrity, being coachable, a consistent work ethic, upholding company reputation, being one team, and being respectful. When someone does something that exemplifies one of these values, they are rewarded for it at the end of the month.

Foreman of the Month: Josh T.

Integrity Award: Chad M. 

We then celebrated 6 birthdays for June and ended the meeting with a friendly game of cups! These meetings always get the momentum going at the beginning of each month and provide us with some time to get to see each other and celebrate big wins. Let's make June a great month!
