Rian has over 10 years of active-duty experience in the United States Marine Corps working as an Instructor and Weapons Development Manager at the School of Infantry-East, Team Leader in both domestic and overseas environments, and Police Officer and Section Supervisor for Marine Helicopter Squadron One. With this involvement, he is familiar with strong leadership, logistics, operational management, and enforcing safety standards.
