A common cause of understructure issues are water/moisture issues, mold, and damage in support joists.
Solution
Our Solution Specialist, Danny C. completed a full inspection of the property and proposed a solution to address the issues. The quote included installing SmartJacks and Supplemental Beams. SmartJacks can be installed year-round, support vertical loads exceeding 60,000 pounds, and may be adjusted to lift the floor to the original position.
