Shannon Mitchell
Alford Foundation and Crawl Space Repair
Title: Pest Customer Care Specialist
Shannon joined the Alford Home Solutions Pest Control Department in May of 2018. Prior to that time, Shannon worked in Medical Billing and Customer Service capacities. Shannon's typcial day includes supporting the Pest Control Technicians and serving Pest Customers. Shannon's favorite thing about AHS is her coworkers and the relationships she has been able to create here. Shannon also enjoys interacting with AHS Pest customers and helping them correct their Pest problems. Outside of the office, Shannon likes being with her sons, racing cars, and other outdoor activities.
